Your Order Cancellation Rights

You can cancel your order within 30 days without providing a reason.
The cancellation period begins the day you or a third party (excluding the carrier) takes possession of the delivered Goods.

How to Cancel Your Order

To exercise your right to cancel:

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method, and no fees will be charged.


Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The Goods must have been purchased within the last 30 days.
  • The Goods must be in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Goods

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized Goods.
  • Goods that deteriorate rapidly or are past their expiration date.
  • Goods unsealed after delivery for health protection or hygiene reasons.
  • Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

  • Standard Refunds: Only regular-priced Goods are eligible.

    • If marked as a gift at purchase, you’ll receive a gift credit upon return.
    • If not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the gift giver.
